Will Rossiter on Superpeer
Startup founder, product guy who can sell
My name is Will Rossiter. I grew up in Montana—no, not on a ranch, although I did work summers as a field hand. I studied economics and English in the Silicon Valley at Santa Clara University, and have an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. I've spent most of my career on executive teams as the head of business development, product, sales, and marketing at (primarily fin)tech companies that sell consumer-facing products. If I had a superpower, it would be identifying markets where our company's product is most valuable, fine tuning positioning and messaging so that we resonate therein, pinpointing prospects, and then selling to them. Through this process, I've cracked new markets and closed ~$100 million of new business with companies including Facebook, Amazon, Google, PayPal, AT&T, First Data, T-Mobile, Bank of America, Microsoft, and more. I'm currently a partner at Melty Software, and offshore development firm in the US with development in Brail that provides onshore-quality apps, website, web apps, and software projects.
