Software Builder
I've been building software and teams for 10+ years, in a variety of contexts. I'm passionate about building products, but equally passionate about building businesses (marketing, positioning, growth) and building organizations (recruiting, operations), so I usually find myself at the center of discussions at the intersection of these things. I can speak "tech" and "business" natively and often find myself in the role of translator between the two. The area of expertise I have most knowledge and experience in is how to set up a startup going from zero to 150 employees, with a particular focus on internal software - tech stack, tooling, team structure, dos and donts. I'm a builder before I'm an engineer, so I will often recommend tools that are usable by non-technical people. I believe there's an enormous amount of artificial complexity in building web software and spend a lot of time thinking about, and building tools to remove them.
