As a HR professional she played a vital role during the growth phase of the Accenture in Turkey from 70 people to 700 people in 10 years and later worked as part of Accenture's global talent strategy team to make Accenture a truly human workplace to work and live. During her journey, she has built a strong experience in talent strategy, employee experience design, organizational and leadership development, performance management, OKR coaching, and compensation & reward strategy. As a true believer of growth mindset, her passion drove her to build Talentmelon in 2018, a company that serves only to growing startups.
