UX Research & Service Design Lead at Delivery Hero

I am a Service Designer based in Berlin specialized in Design and UX Research. My diverse skillset helps transform qualitative insights gathered during design research into solutions that adopt a life-centered design approach. I recently relocated to Berlin after 10 years in Milan working as a freelance service designer and researcher. Some of the clients I worked for : Apple, Puma, Samsung, Rocky Mountain Institute, Genentech, Vodafone, AXA, Qatar Free Zone, Lavazza. Currently, I am leading inclusive design and research initiative at Delivery Hero, a global food delivery platform. In my free time, I like to meet interesting people (anyone and everyone is interesting to me:) and have out-of-the-box conversations, tell stories through photography, explore vintage and pre-loved fashion stores and communities, and paint and illustrate my observations and feelings. I am very intrigued by the intersection of art, psychology, and new media. And open to projects that support creative and entrepreneurial communities. Fun fact about me: I love to dance jazz and blues. And my favorite cocktail is Whiskey Sour :)
