I do this by: 💯Building capability in teams - helping you to know what good research looks like, build the right skills, establish your processes and set up for success 💯Delivery - leading research in teams across private, public and third sector, to impact a specific product or service 💯Coaching and Mentoring - supporting you to feel fulfilled as a researcher, play to your strengths and improve your practice I help you get into the UX industry and if you're already in it, to have more impact in your work About me: For 8 years, I've worked in UX and user research freelance and in design agencies Nomensa and We Are Snook. I was the first user researcher in the UK Government's Department of Health and Social Care, setting up the profession at NHSX. I'm currently freelance, working as a lead user researcher with charity, government, startups and private sector. I deliver regular training and run a community.
