👋🏼 I spent 20+ years running teams at Apple, Nike, Accenture, etc. What I loved the most about my job was coaching and helping others unleash their potential. In 2019, I decided to bring everything I have learned about leading to modern bosses. This is how I look at leadership coaching: • Leadership needs to be practiced • The most important techniques to better leadership is to hone how you lead yourself. • Instead of certifications, I believe "battle-tested" "on the ground" leadership lessons from running large and diverse teams are most effective, applicable, and transferrable.
