I have worked every position in the front of house from Hostess to GM. Most recently I spent 5+ years in fine dining management spanning multiple cities in the Midwest. I have been a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers since 2017 and am pursuing my Advanced Sommelier certification. During Covid I moved into management, beverage consulting for restaurant and hotel properties. As well as hosting virtual events such as guided wine tastings, wine education, for company meetings and parties.
