I've spent the majority of my career working with (or part of) startups and scaleups. Early on in my career I helped lead the startup program for Microsoft across Ireland - offering technical mentorship and business guidance to hundreds of budding entrepreneurs. I then spent two years building the end to end strategic partnership motion at scaling SaaS company, Teamwork.com. During that time I built a team and focused our efforts on creating additional channels for growth and revenue retention through a partner ecosystem of more than 100 global partners.
