In a transient employment market, do you want a recruiter on your side?

You are running a company and look forward to the joy of having to recruit when the need arises.... If only that were the case. Recruitment should be exciting, informative, and a chance for your organisation to "get ahead" and reach it's full potential. All too often, recruitment is frustrating, fire-fighting, time-consuming, and costly! You might want someone to talk to who has the experience to change what recruitment means to you. But that's going to be expensive...and you will likely be told that you would be best recruiting at least one role if not multiple. That was until this service became available to you. I am offering consultation calls so that you don't get charged thousands off of a recruiter who tells you that you need to hire (in order for them to get paid). Think of me as someone to help you navigate an ever more complicated and challenging employment market. I am able to provide consultation on the following areas; 1. The new way of attracting prospective employees (that 99% of other organisations don't do), 2. Assessment of potential employees (with real-world considerations), 3. Onboarding of new team members (I can share a 40- point checklist), 4. Advice on how to retain good people (3 areas to consider), 5. Managing employees exiting your business or underperforming/off-the-boil (what is really important to your business?), 6. Support as you run your own recruitment process, 7. Insider knowledge to support your existing recruiter relationships and suppliers. The advice is pragmatic. My aim is to provide a more rewarding way to ensure your business grows stronger, quicker, and further than you previously thought possible. With a more transient workforce, where people on average stay in roles for around 4-5 years, in many cases less, it has never been as important to be switched on to how efficient your growth can be in order to survive and thrive. My interests, beyond our immediate discussion to address your business challenges and aspirations, are the future of work and the future of the organisation - some of this might give you opportunities that you never realised are available to you. If you want sound advice for your company around recruitment and retention and want to operate on a manageable budget, I feel this provides that option and will do my very best to guide and point you in the correct direction. There will be no sales pitches and no upsell, you have my time and I will offer you my fullest, thereafter the ball is in your court for any future conversation or support. The structure of our call will be roughly as follows (and you can keep your company name confidential if you wish); 1. What do you sell and who do you sell it to, 2. Discuss the structure of your company, 3. Your aspirations for your company, 4. The reason for your call (the challenge you are facing), 5. My initial response and suggestion, 6. Only if required an email address to provide more details for support to fix your challenge. (if there is demand, I can give access to a Slack group for info/networking). P.S. if you are going to purchase anything relating to recruitment out with my call (e.g. job adverts), I will do my best to save you money (using my contacts in this market). Let's make some progress and have an initial call...
