I have twenty-seven (27) years of experience, skills in the customer service industry, with nineteen (19) years in management of local, regional & global contact centres (of multiple verticals and horizontals), channel operations, two (2) years in project financing & financial instrument monetisation. The experience has not just allowed me a better end-to-end perspective of the value chain, but the capability to connect all the critical dots between an organization, stakeholders, owners, its customers, clients, marketplace, employees, and community. I hold a Master’s degree in General Management from RMIT, Melbourne, Australia, a Certified COPC® Implementation Leader, Certified Support Manager (by SSPA), I have won many industry awards, where I still carry the record of the highest recognition by the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia, I am accustomed to working literally in all time zones, fast paced environments with the ability to think quickly, while making a positive difference to the people I interact with and the environment we work in.
