I’m a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition professional, with years of experience building teams and helping companies grow in the U.S. and Japan. I’m also a career & executive coach, and an advisor to early-stage startups on branding, marketing, product and talent acquisition. I’ve worked in-house and on the agency side, with multiple startups (Seed to Series D) and public global tech firms, including Amazon, Apple, Clover Health, ROOM and Twitter. I have experience across multiple verticals, including ad tech, beauty, e-commerce, fintech, food, hardware products, healthcare, and media. I started my career as an early employee at Two Sigma Investments, a now $60 billion AUM quantitative investment firm, where I developed Marketing & Sales content for the Investor Relations team and worked on strategic internal content. I received my B.A. from Swarthmore College, and was a Fulbright Scholar to Ireland where I completed a Master’s in Creative Writing at Trinity College Dublin. Fun Facts: I speak 7 languages (not including Latin) at different levels. I closed my first deal at age 9, when I rented my extra bookshelf space to my older sister. I enjoy (physical) books, racquet sports, art shows, and networking with any dogs in my vicinity. I grew up in the U.S. & India, have worked in the U.S. & Japan, and studied in the U.S., Ireland, France & England.
