Founder at Raaha | Social Impact | Sustainability | Gender Equity

I have been lucky to call 10 cities in 3 countries home and maybe it's that experience that drives my curiosity and my passion to create impact in whatever I do and wherever I go. As an entrepreneur and consultant with over a decade of experience in nurturing, leading, and sustainably scaling businesses, I have worked with over 2000 creative entrepreneurs and direct to consumer brands in fashion & lifestyle through my past venture- Black Taxi Creative Concepts where I spearheaded business growth and marketing. As a consultant I have focused on building outreach, partnerships and fundraising programs for social impact enterprises and go-to-market strategies for small businesses and start-ups. I am passionate about working with people that are driven by purpose and I love connecting people & creating meaningful partnerships. It's my love for handmade and artisan made products & drive to create opportunities that provide sustainable livelihoods for women in local creative economies that has led me to start Raaha- A WOC founded company powering growth in the artisan economy in developing countries. I also serve on the board of advisors for social impact organisations working in gender equity in India and volunteer as the events lead for Women4Good- a community for women passionate about social impact in the San Francisco Bay Area.
