For 15 years, Pete has built and led high-performing teams at technology startups, including 11 years at Yelp, where he joined as employee #20. As VP of National Sales, he scaled the company from scrappy startup to multi-billion dollar public company. Today, he is an advisor and consultant to startups in the early stages of scaling their business. He enjoys working directly with Founders or partnering closely with an existing Sales Leader to tackle challenges and build a strong foundation for growth. When partnering with startups, Pete pulls from a wide range of experience, including his time building two $100M+ ARR businesses at Yelp, where he grew the company from 20 to 4,000 employees.
