Mina Bach on Superpeer
Senior UX/UI Designer at IBM
I’m a Product Designer and educator based in London, UK. I thrive working in cross-functional product teams across strategy and vision, facilitating the Design Thinking process and leading UX and UI with a collaborative user centric approach. I have a Master’s Degree from Central Saint Martins (UAL), a Bachelor’s Degree from London College of Communication (UAL). I currently lead the UX Design course at BrainStation and I’m a guest lecturer on the MBA programs at Universitat de Barcelona and Warwick Business School (The University of Warwick). During the last 9+ years, I have been lucky to design for organisations such as IBM, Toyota, The British Museum, Penguin Random House and various fintech start-ups. I’m currently working full-time as a UX/UI Designer at IBM. Outside of work, I volunteer at Design Club, a non-profit teaching children aged 6–17 design thinking as a life skill, work on Strategy at Lovers Magazine , participate in Hackathons and I also contribute to a more humane and ethical use of technology with Mozilla Foundation’s Building Trustworthy AI Working Group. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned about Design, collaboration and scaling user centricity at conferences and talks such as Figma Config, UX Crunch, Triangirls, Mobile UX and the London Festival of UX and Design among others.
