Digital publishing professional since 2006, I started by working for pure-player press before larger national titles in France including ELLE Magazine, L’OBS and Challenges where I was Chief Digital Officer until 2017. Following this, I founded Underlines, a consultancy agency for digital publishers, helping them shifting from advertising models to reader revenue strategies, by launching premium subscriptions through paywall tactics. The Membership & Subscription Suite "Poool" acquired the company in 2021. Since then, I have taken the role of Chief Marketing Officer and associate at Poool. In 2022, we launched "The Audiencers", a B2B media publication to support publishing and brand publishing professionals in making better decisions when it comes to engaging, converting and retaining their audiences. I also lecture on reader revenue models for publishers at various journalism schools in France and Switzerland.
