I worked as a agile project manager in web and mobile projects 6+ years. I have experienced how to work as part of a creative/developer team and produce quality finished products for end-users. I'm always in favor of development. Usually, depending on the project, I’m engaged with the following duties: ✓ Project Management, Scrum implementation, iterations planning, tasks distribution & delivery control. ✓ Product Management, MVP & Backlog design, development cycle control. ✓ Market & Competitor Analysis, Product Analysis ✓ Business Analysis, UI prototyping, requirements specification, new features generation. ✓ Organizing & control over the development teams (Software Engineers, QA specialists, DevOps, Designers and etc).
