Hello there! I'm Leandro Butteri, and this is my space where I bring together all my services for designers and design leaders. My mission is to reshape how organizations and Design leaders approach team culture, empowering them to create a harmonious balance between business goals and employee well-being. I'm originally from Argentina and currently based in Brooklyn, New York, I specialize in building, scaling, and coaching design teams. I am formally trained as a graphic designer with 15 years of experience designing and launching user-centered digital products. Throughout my career, I have overseen various design teams in the United States, Latin America, and Europe, working with multiple clients and industries. I really like what I do, and I'm excited to start this journey where I can help you grow in your career and reach your goals.
