Hello there! I'm Leandro Butteri, and this is a space where I bring together all my services for designers and design leaders. I can help you grow in your career. I love teaching, and since I have experience as a designer, I can create a great environment for learning. Below you'll find my 1:1 sessions services and also digital products for you to use! - Originally from Argentina and currently based in Brooklyn, New York, I specialize in building, scaling, and coaching design teams. I am formally trained as a graphic and interaction designer with 15 years of experience designing and launching user-centered digital products. Throughout my career, I have overseen various design teams in the United States, Latin America, and Europe, working with multiple clients and industries. In my last role as a Design Director, I directly supervised over 30 designers across the United States and Latin America. Currently, I advise and consult organizations on how to build high-performance design teams, and product strategy. In addition to my role as a Founder Designer, I mentor new generations of designers, give talks, and write about design, leadership, and team cultures.
