Product Operations Manager

Currently, a Product Operations Manager with Auctane - a company that focuses on shipping platforms for e-commerce. My key focus areas lie in internal communication, process building, tool analysis (Atlassian, Airtable, ZenDesk, Zapier, and more) , data work, bridge building, and various other tasks in ensuring we're successful as a team! Sidenote: before Product, I was on our Support team! I aspired to be in the world of Design but ended up finding love in Product Management as well. Prod-Ops is my happy medium. Previously, I worked in early childhood education, where I flexed my leadership skills, had strong coordination abilities, and managed relations with kids, teachers, and families alike. Now my skills have all come together in my current role, with a twist of Product thrown in! As a mentor, I am very excited to share my learnings and helping uplift others as they navigate the waters towards finding their career path.
