Hi, I'm Katy. Digital Product Strategist & UX Designer. Currently leading Product Discovery in B2B LXP (Learning Experience Platform). Only in 2020 I had a chance to plan, facilitate and translate into action more than 30 digital product-related workshops, incl. kick-offs, design sprints, event storming, user story mapping, ideation & prototyping sessions and many more. Besides that, I had an amazing chance to recruit newbies, mentor aspiring UX Designers, create internal processes (DesignOps, ResearchOps) co-create UX culture & build successful and constantly evolving product teams. Before I got to this point, it took my a while to understand my strengths and weaknesses, be aware of my skills to evolve self-conscious wise.
