Mentor/ Grew multiple companies from scratch to being multi millions

When the route of going to University in thoughts of being a plastic surgeon to just realize that I wanted the business side of that and the rewards not the actual job. So i started a new path following my passion of being a entrepenueer and growing companies from nothing. I now own over 8 companies and still growing. I am always being asked to mentor people so I am will to take out some of my time in a day and help those new to this and do not know where to start.
