Holly Baxter on Superpeer
Transdisciplinary researcher, applied behavioral scientist, strategic designer
For 11 years, I been working on environmental and humanitarian initiatives that inform the design of interventions, programs, policies, ventures, products and services. I specialize in ethical behaviour change design, implementation and evaluation for positive climate and social impact. My academic background is in social and cultural anthropology, interaction design, and sustainable development policy. I've worked with NGO, non-profit, social enterprise, think tank, startup, growth, government and enterprise clients in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia. My field work has taken me to regional and remote communities in developing countries across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. I find joy, intrigue and fulfilment in ethnographic documentary making, philosophy (specifically moral relativism), participating in habitat conservation and reforestation projects, hiking far corners of the world, immersing in new cultures, exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness, and longboarding.
