Community Strategist

Over my 10+ years in the community industry, I've built communities and managed community teams at companies including Atlassian, Salesforce, and now Venafi. I'm also an advisor for the Pledge 1% foundation, focused on their community efforts. I'm happy to chat about anything, but some of my most requested topics are: - Building community for enterprise/B2B - Community operations and tools - Community management - Community teams: structure, hiring, and management - Community Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility - Selling your community internally, executive buy-in - Community and Company Culture - Leadership - Remote work ––– - Feedback on your community-focused product - Advisory role opportunities I get requests for "pick my brain" sessions often, which is why I've decided to set up this site. I care deeply about helping others in the community industry by sharing knowledge, but I do have limited availability as I currently have a full-time role as Head of Community at Venafi. I've set up this booking fee with all the proceeds going to the Central Texas Food Bank. https://www.centraltexasfoodbank.org I've earmarked an hour each week for these calls, but if you need additional availability, or if you're looking for a longer term advisory role commitment, let me know and we can discuss. When booking, be as thorough as you can when explaining what you'd like to discuss so I can ensure you get the most out of our chat. If you're not ready to book at this time, check out my blog where I share a ton of information about the topics listed above: https://medium.com/@HollyFirestone If you're looking for more than an hour session or additional consulting, I recommend reaching out to world-class community consultant, Erica Kuhl- https://www.ericakuhl.com
