I’m Hermen, an experienced design strategist. I help people figure out solutions to make a sustainable impact. For over a decade, I worked with organizations on multiple continents. I design and lead creative workshops where we unravel information visually. Our brains are hardwired to make sense of visual input rapidly. So people can map challenges, bridge gaps, and spark new ideas together! My mission is to advocate Visual Thinking and enable people to pitch their ideas. In my online Visual Thinking course at Domestika, I help students to develop their basic Visual Thinking skills. Through the superpeer community, I aim to provide further support so people can develop their full potential.
