We were founded in 2011 as the first professional culinary school that offers training with diploma in the Anatolian side of İstanbul. In addition to long term professional training with diploma, we also offer short term basic training and daily workshops in our school. In addition to the training we offer in the academy, we offer consultation service for very important brands and restaurants. With the R&D works we carry out in our center, we develope products and menus for national and international brands and restaurants. We offer event catering services with the menu options that we created for special invitations, birthday parties and corporate events. We also have a library, professional shooting studio and a seminar room in the academy. We also organize Chef Table events comprising delicious meals for various corporate events and special invitations in our academy. Mission To introduce of professional culinary arts to kitchen enthusiasts who want to make careers in the food&beverage industry. To give them the knowledge and skill they will need. In our workshops, to introduce of different culinary cultures to the people who cook as a hobby and want to be the chief of their own kitchens. To support them to improve themselves about the subject that they want. Vision We bring together traditional, contemporary and multi-cultural culinary approaches. We bring the cuisines of various countries to our workshop with the multi-cultural gastronomy vision that we’ve adopted. We also encourage creativity with regard to modern approaches to Turkish cuisine. We reveal the Ottoman meals that so far remained hidden and we make them in our workshops.
