After bouncing around from bad job to worse out of college, I finally found my footing in an SDR role after taking a "step back" from an AE role. This was truly the first time I put 100% in and got 100% out across the board, earning more money, opportunity, experience, and respect than ever before. The SDR function is a unique and incredible role to learn the ropes, earn your stripes, and kick open the door to a multitude of incredible career opportunities. After spending the last ~3 years as an Enterprise AE, I made the decision to get back to doing what I do best, which is helping young professionals climb the corporate ladder.
