University of Health Science - Nutrition and Dietetics
▶️ I aim to encourage people to do sports and healthy nutrition and to help them in these matters. In line with this goal, I have been doing sports for about 5 years, studying Nutrition and Dietetics, and trying to improve myself. I tried fitness, powerlifting, and Crossfit sports. As a result, I decided to do Crossfit. Crossfit; is a combination of athletics, gymnastics, and weightlifting. ▶️ My family says I was very active when I was a kid. Since my childhood, I had an instinctive desire to do sports and as a result, I found myself in the gym. While I was studying for the university exam, I always wanted to eat healthily and do active sports. After the exam, I chose the Department of Mechanical Engineering because of my interest in automobiles, and at the same time, I continued to do sports. ▶️ While I was in the preparatory class at the university, the COVID19 epidemic started and I had to return to my family. Due to my interest in sports and healthy nutrition, I switched to the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics with my sister's guidance. This transition period has been extremely difficult and stressful for me. I would have changed both my profession and the city I live in, but sometimes we have to close our eyes and jump off a cliff. I am currently a 2nd-year Nutrition and Dietetics student and I am extremely satisfied with my department. ▶️ Since I have been doing sports for five years and in many gyms, I had the opportunity to observe people. I've noticed that people do sports somehow, but they have difficulties in burning fat and staying fit. Although doing sports is a very healthy activity, unfortunately, it is not enough on its own. In addition to acting on the way to the goal of being fit and healthy, it is extremely important to eat for our purpose. ▶️ I am someone who attaches great importance to my personal development. I regularly read books 6 days a week and share reviews of some of the books I read. At the same time, I watch entrepreneurship videos and listen to podcasts on YouTube.
