1-on-1 mentoring sessions for high-potential, first-time leaders & entrepreneurs

I help high-potential women taking on their first leadership roles in business & entrepreneurs navigate important career inflection points with confidence and make complex decisions with clarity & conviction. I'm offering 1-on-1 mentoring calls in 30-minute blocks on anything that is top of mind. If you're an entrepreneur or a future founder, you might use the time to get feedback on your business idea or investor deck, think through early traction or user feedback, get feedback on your go-to-market plans, prepare for an important sales or investor pitch. As a first-time leader in a mid to senior role, you might use the time to get an outside-in view on a difficult work-related challenge, think through your team or talent strategy, or build a mental framework for thinking through an important problem. The sessions are free for now, but over time, I will replace them with structured mentoring programs focused on the highest-leverage leadership challenges that will be priced. My time is not exclusively reserved for women, but I may, from time to time, prioritise female entrepreneurs if I find that I am time-constrained. About Me: A mission-oriented business leader, I’ve lived my career in two phases. I am now an early-stage investor and an advocate for gender & inclusion in technology & entrepreneurship in Africa. As a co-founder of FirstCheck Africa (www.firstcheck.africa), I am an early believer in the massive untapped potential of Africa’s next generation of female founders. I'm building a personal finance community for women called Mustard Seeds (www.mustardseeds.africa) In 2018, I launched Endeavor Nigeria, an entrepreneurship network for high-impact founders leading high-growth technology companies at the scaleup stage. I am Managing Director & CEO. With over 15 years prior spent in finance roles across investment banking and growth private equity covering U.K., European and African markets (Credit Suisse, Renaissance Capital and General Atlantic), I am an expert in finance and finance-related topics. I am a board member at Endeavor Nigeria, an advisory board member at Utopia Lagos and Chair of the finance & capital sub-committee of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund’s MSME Recovery Fund.
