I'm Eliza, a Program Manager at Google driving process improvements internally with a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and certifications in Prosci Change Management & MIT Design Thinking. My passion lies in creating sustainable efficiency within operational process challenges in any industry or context using Lean, Six Sigma, and change management principles. Prior to Google, I worked in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte, and graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Organizational Change and a minor in Business Institutions.
