Hello there and thank you for visiting my profile. I am a footwear industry expert, with more than 10 years of experience in the footwear field of design, development, sourcing, supplier management production planning and management. Now I can be dedicated on how to provide an overview of the footwear industry by making it more transparent and approachable. I worked in the large retails as H&M, Zalando and LIDL with organizational management, product development, design, and sourcing. I was stationed in Asia for more than 10 years responsible for ladies, men and kids shoe development, production in region China but also in India, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia. Most recently I am a part of the largest European supermarket as footwear PM manager for footwear and accessories. A notable achievement is a transformation and implemented new brand concepts that increased our revenue and open new opportunities in accessories. I am an entrepreneur with high involvement and motivation for improving business practices in product and supplier cooperation. As I love digital transformation, I have developed Digital platform solutions for new product level develop, production planning, Capacity, pre-allocation, supplier evaluation and among other projects.
