Şu an IT Leadership üzerinde PhD'im devam ediyor. Diğer yandan 70KG'yu üç defa alıp verdim. Sonrasında 2 marathon koştum. Power Running egitmeniyim. Kariyer, eğitim ve sağlığın ortasında Wellness Coaching yapıyorum. Türkiye'de yüzlerce yurt dışında onlarca üniversitede birçok konuşma yaptım, yerli ve yabancı kitaplar yazdım. 22 yılda insan çok şey yapabiliyor 😊 Buradaki toplulukta bildiklerimi, öğrendiklerimi paylaşıyorum. Beraber büyümek ve ilerlemek için, katılın 💓 ----------------------------- With 22 years under my belt in the tech industry, I've built up quite the resume. My journey started with three successful startup launches and has brought me to Microsoft, where I apply my expertise in Solution Architecture, Engineering Management, and Leadership daily. And the journey isn't over - I'm currently deep into obtaining my PhD in IT Leadership. But my passions don't stop in the boardroom. I've faced personal challenges head-on, experiencing a weight fluctuation of 70KG three times. This personal journey inspired me to run two marathons and become a Power Running coach. As I've found my own balance between career, education, and health, I've been able to channel my experiences into Wellness Coaching, helping others find their equilibrium. Throughout these decades, I've had the honor of speaking at numerous universities both in Turkey and abroad, and have authored several books to share my insights. It's a testament to what can be achieved in 22 years 😊 While the majority of our community here is Turkish, I'm here to share my journey and the knowledge I've gleaned along the way with everyone.
