I'm a Leadership Coach and Career Advisor at Invincible Career®. I help you become an opportunity magnet for the best things in life! Most recently, I was the CEO of a mobile startup, Voicekick. We helped people discover the power of authentic storytelling. Prior to that, I was a Product and Design executive at a number of Tech companies in Silicon Valley; including my own product strategy and design consultancy, Apple Computer, Yahoo, eBay, and IBM. At Yahoo, I was the VP of Consumer Products for Yahoo Search, leading a team of product managers, designers, & developers who were focused on creating world-class Search experiences. Before that, I was a Director at eBay, where I led another great team focused on multiple products for Tailored Shopping Experiences, Platforms, and International sites. Earlier in my career, I was a designer at Apple Computer, where I worked on the Finder, OS, and International software; and IBM, where I worked on database and development tools. I was also the principal consultant for MindSpan Design, an interaction design agency where I worked on desktop, web, and mobile solutions for a variety of startups. I received my Ph.D. in Psychology from Rice University, where I developed a coaching system for training software users. I hold a number of patents, which include design work on web-based products and hardware solutions.
