I'm a strategic product designer currently working in hotel/marketing tech but have experience working in multiple domains and at iconic brands like British Airways and Vogue. I love love, I love people and I love creating things that people love. I've mentored over 30 people as they transition into design careers, have helped even more by facilitating learning at both the School of UX and Memorisely, and have two LinkedIn Learning courses that you can take. I can help you with transitioning into design, levelling up as a designer, learning to be more strategic, understanding the business side of design, getting started with freelancing or starting a side-hustle. My favourite bits of design are creating something new/doing something that's new for a product or organisation, breaking down complexity and figuring out what needs to be shipped to deliver value immediately. I used to be a software engineer so I understand how to design products and features that work. I'm obsessed with people and how they interact with products and so I adhere to principles of accessibility, inclusion, error prevention and rapid iteration to ship things people will want, use and recommend.
