Hi there! I'm Charlyne, a passionate and experienced Service Design and Design Research professional. My journey began in Architecture and evolved into product design, service design, and design research. With a Master's degree in Service Design and a background in Architecture, Industrial Design, and Human-Computer Interactions, I bring a unique and diverse perspective to the table. For seven years, I led the User Research Practice for Government Health and Human Services at IBM Watson Health, making a positive impact on the lives of over 165 million people worldwide. Now, I work as Service Design Principal at the Canadian Digital Service, where I'm committed to delivering inclusive and efficient user experiences for government services.
