I've coached and mentored hundreds of founders throughout the last five years. I particularly enjoy working with non-technical founders who need help validating their ideas and testing/launching them in the most effective and lean fashion possible. I also enjoy working with existing business owners who need help incorporating new technology into their business models and day-to-day operations. I've been an entrepreneur for more than 10 years. In 2013, I founded MentorMe, one of the first SaaS mentoring startups, which provided mentoring program management software for more than 100 K-12 mentoring programs throughout the United States. Since then, I've raised $2.5MM in both equity-based and non-dilutive funding. I've been invited to speak on entrepreneurship, mentoring, and social innovation at more than 30 events and conferences across the U.S. I've also been profiled in national media outlets — including GOOD Magazine, Essence, Inc., Business Insider, and FastCompany. Last (but never least) I'm a proud Howard University Bison (HUUU!).
