To start talking about work experience when ı back to first year in university. I come to İstanbul for education. I graduade from Marmara university in 2019. But my work life has been started in highschool. My working experiences started with my arrival in Istanbul in 2012. During my collage year, I constantly took part-time jobs. Since I work at different levels in different sectors, I have become able to observe business processes by adding different perspectives over time. My working career matured in a short time thanks to the maturity and experience of having started working life early. After finishing my graduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Economics, I have been continue my education life at Marmara University in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Economics master program. When I completed my graduate degree, I started my business career completely focused and quickly. After part-time work experience in the finance sector, it didn't take long for me to realize that I needed to focus on a different industry. I started looking for a sector where I could be more active, communicate with people and follow new technologies. In 2016, I started my digital career with an e-commerce internship at a leading wholesaler company that wants to do B2B and B2C business in the Electricity & Electronics market in Turkey. During 1,5 years of experience, I started to understand concepts such as basic SEO, Frontend UI & UX, E-Mail Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GTM, Criteo, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Chatbot In the following years of my career, I started to work as an "Account Manager at Inveon". Here I had the chance to learn all the processes and technical details of e-commerce. We were developing campaign-based strategies by making regular meetings with the marketing teams of companies such as Watsons, Columbia, Colin's, Aker, Suwen, Ayje, Homemade Aromatherapy. We were optimizing the metrics in line with these targets by monitoring the performance data, drawing meaningful conclusions from the data, and setting quarterly targets. In 2020, we worked with a P&G client at Hype, Turkey's award-winning digital performance agency. I attend part in the core team of 5 people created for P&G, we created a mini agency with a huge staff of 15 people for 1 year. After this experience, I got a generous job offer for the position of "Performance Team Lead" from Digital House, one of Turkey's leading digital performance agencies. With the motivation of personal development and managerial experience, I have been working as a Team Lead at Digital House since August 2021. In the e-commerce discipline, we manage the performance channels and budgets of companies such as Dockers, ING Bank, Logitech, Hemington, Knits, Timberland, Eastpak, Nocturne, Kale Kilit, Tommy Life, Lufian, Gulaylar, Indiba Yoga, WRX Trade, Nasaqu. I also aim to increase the knowledge and experience of the sector by making regular meetings with my employees in my team. In February 2022, I will have completed the 100% valid Language Cert certificate program at an upper intermediate level. With the energy given by this dynamic sector, my personal curiosity started to develop in many areas. As a licensed basketball player for 12 years, we have achieved many successes as a team. I have also experienced the importance of acting as a team for a common purpose. My camping culture developed as I understood the importance of being in nature during my university years. I love to try the food of different cultures and taste the street foods. I have also been interested in electronic music since 2017, I have an instagram page called @barbobeats. In 2022, I'm releasing my first track on spotify with the name "Barbo". During the pandemic period, I started researching strategy and console games, chess, rubik's cube and NFT initiatives. I also love to read tech newsletters on a weekly basis and share them with my friends.
