I work with Product & Tech Leaders to move from a place of fear and overwhelm to clarity and conscious awareness

I’m happiest when I’m learning Especially if that learning helps me understand a complex problem. It’s these lightbulb moments of new neural pathways being formed that propel me forward. I believe this is true of most people as well. We all have that drive to learn more about the world and ourselves to live with purpose and achieve our dreams. I help people grow through 1:1 coaching. Together we define what their leadership style is, how they want to show up, battle those inner limiting voices and build that fierce courage to live a fulfilling life. This is something that is near and dear to my heart after I worked with an incredible Co-Active Coach as part of my recovery journey from burnout and it fundamentally changed my life for the better. I love growing products and teams, bringing bundles of curiosity and a systems thinking mindset to make sense of chaos and responsibly scale teams and portfolios to focus on the most important measurable outcome. I believe in Lean thinking and User Centered Design and focus on orienting teams around the customer in every process and their needs. It’s in this venn diagram intersection of growing People & Product that I thrive. I’ve lived the journey of being a first time people manager, hiring & firing, making tough decisions and making all the associated mistakes and bad calls. I’ve built and expanded teams in two offices, I’ve run a portfolio of products across time zones and all stages of the product life cycle and embedded in the customer success teams to build deep customer empathy. I have a strong set of principles, honed through lived experiences, curated by my intuition and applied with care that guide me on what to do in a situation, all whilst having some fun! In short, I love working with people and products that are high potential but are looking for that next boost. So if you’re curious about coaching for you or your team, want to discuss all things product management or just to swap cheese jokes - please reach out!
