Food culture writer, cookbook writer, an archaeologist
Hello there, I'm classical archaeologist. I do food history and culture studies. I have 2 books published. The World's Börek and Kardeş Mutfaklar ( Immigrant's Cuisines in Turkey). I write for magazines and participate in TV programs. I teach in the gastronomy department at the university. I established a convivium in Slow Food Turkey at 2007.
