A Tech Project Manager by profession, I have an interest in building the most effective workforces possible. For over 7 years, I’ve been helping businesses find their sweet spot basis candid employee feedback. Being at the core of the Global List Team, I have developed a decent understanding of the dynamics of employee engagement by managing and analyzing the feedback of more than 14 million employees across 7000 organizations from 54 countries around the world. Being a generalist by nature I have tried many things. And the ones which I enjoyed the most involved Product Development, Data Operations, and Analytics. When I’m not on the job, I love reading modern history novels, working my way through every high-rated course on Udemy & Coursera, and indulging in interesting conversations with my loving family.
