Hi, I'm Ash. Last year my partner and I founded Alacart Apps, a company that builds simple, high-quality Shopify apps which focus on creating great customer experiences. Before that, I worked as a Senior Product Designer and UX Lead at Shopify, spending 5 out of my 7 years there working on the Shopify App Platform. I always enjoyed working with and for Shopify Developers/Partners. Now that I have my own Shopify app, I've grown a deeper respect and love for the community and the people who are crazy enough to jump in and build something from nothing on such a massive and complex ecosystem. I'm hoping to lend my UX and Shopify knowledge to any developers out there who are having a go at it alone (or with limited resources), so they can build intuitive and profitable apps that merchants will love.
