Innovations in online music lessons, classes, and professional development
As a teaching artist, professional development facilitator, and curriculum and instructional designer for online classes of all sizes, all of the educational opportunities where I've collaborated with students, teachers, and school administrators has been learner-centric. Instilling lifelong-learning through music as the vehicle is done through the Gradual Release of Responsibility Model and Universal Backwards Design. My own gratitude for equitable access to music education has driven my passion as an educator and performing, recording, and composing multi-instrumentalist. Creating learning management systems (LMS) for supporting student efficacy for all types of music classes is a skill that would be an honor to pass on to others. Whether we're working together on improving skills with specific instruments, recording technologies, performance skills, or online music education innovations, it's a collaboration process towards bringing you to the next level and how to continue that momentum on your own!
