I help people transition into UX design

Hi! I’m Alisha Barretto, a Bachelor of Engineering graduate in Electronics and Communication. I worked as a software developer for a while and have made a transition to product design. I’m a public speaker, done anchoring in various events and love to express my thoughts in written form as well. I’m a deep thinker and always looking forward to ways to be the light to this world by encouraging and uplifting others and creating awareness which benefits everyone. My ability to understand people and empathise with them is one of the main reasons which made me have a keen interest in product design. Researching, understanding the user pain points, engaging with people, being friendly, operating with discernment, collaborating with people in the team as well as interacting with people from other disciplines and coming up with solutions for the problems excites me. I know how daunting it is to transition into a new career. It’s my pleasure to guide people transition into UX design. It’s always better to seek advice from someone who is a few steps ahead of you rather than someone who’s way ahead. It’s easier to connect with such a person. Time is precious, so when you reach out to me concerning this, please be specific with your goals. This will help save your and my time. We can together optimise your resume and design portfolio. The only requirement is for you to be able to receive and incorporate feedback effectively.
