I'm a Stanford-trained clinical psychologist with a background in evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. I've supported employee well-being programs at Facebook and Google, and held various roles in digital mental health (Lark and Brightside.) I love consulting with founders and startups, as well as other therapists. In my spare time, I love serving as Community Director of Therapits in tech, lindy hop dancing, and hanging out with my shih tzu, Cosette.
